Riko AI is a funded fintech AI startup building financial intelligence and automation tools for Indian MSMEs, accountants and finance teams.
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build a high-quality team across technology, product, sales and customer-facing functions.
Role Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and maintain a continuous pipeline of strong candidates.
You will also support employee onboarding, engagement, retention and basic people operations as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across technology, product, sales and operations roles.
Source candidates through referrals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and direct outreach.
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess skills, communication, motivation, compensation and startup fit.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, negotiations and joining follow-ups.
Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for critical roles.
Work closely with the CEO, CTO and hiring managers to define role requirements and interview scorecards.
Support onboarding, employee check-ins, stay interviews and retention initiatives.
Conduct structured exit interviews and identify recurring employee concerns.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Required Experience
*Must-have* 2–5 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience.
Prior experience hiring technology, product and sales roles.
*Must-have* Experience working in a technology, SaaS, fintech, AI or product company.
Strong direct sourcing and passive-candidate outreach skills.
Experience managing candidates from sourcing through offer acceptance and joining.
Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup workplace.
