We are a US/India based publishing house. We work with senior leaders. Over 260 books so far, for chairmen, founders, surgeons and senior professionals across industries. We also run The Authority Forum, a private membership network for leaders working on their branding, authority and influence.

We are looking for one person to open doors.

The job in one sentence
Get us in front of rooms full of senior leaders, by partnering with the institutions and communities that already have them.

That means TiE and NASSCOM chapters, CII committees, IIM and IIT alumni associations, medical and bar associations, CEO peer groups, executive coaching practices and premium business communities. You find them, you build the relationship, you agree the terms, and you get a date in the calendar. Our founder walks into the room and delivers a session their members genuinely value.

You will not be selling anything. We do not want you pitching our programs to partners — that is precisely how these relationships get damaged.



Your product is a session their community will enjoy. What happens commercially afterwards is handled by our founder and our director.

What you will actually do
Build and work a map of institutional and commercial partners across India. Reach the right person, usually a chapter president, secretary or community head, and earn a real conversation. Negotiate the shape of each arrangement — some partners host and pay for everything, some charge and keep the revenue, some want a joint offering, and some simply give us ninety minutes inside a conference they are already running. Agree what we may and may not do in the room, in writing, before a date is set. Then make sure the evening happens properly.

Who this suits
