Role Description The Principal Sales Designer (Interior Industry Only) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for leading client consultations, understanding lifestyle requirements, and translating them into interior design proposals with detailed layouts, material selections, and kitchen and bath concepts. The role involves driving the full sales cycle, including prospecting,



presenting design solutions, preparing quotations, and closing projects while ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design and execution teams, conducting site visits, managing project timelines and budgets, and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and project details. The Principal Sales Designer also contributes to showroom presentations, participates in marketing initiatives, and supports continuous improvements in sales and design processes.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to conduct effective client meetings, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
Proven Interior Design experience, preferably in residential projects, with specific expertise in Kitchen & Bath Design and space planning.
Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, proposal presentation, negotiation,
