The Role
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for his/her assigned clients. S(he) is responsible for fostering and strengthening the relationship between clients and Regent while overseeing all activities relevant to the clients’ financial aid offices and the utilization of Regent products. The role requires close collaboration with clients to address any overarching concerns regarding product usage and to develop expertise in maximizing the value of licensed products within each environment.
