Position Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by building a strong pipeline for iTCart's AI, Automation, SaaS,



and Digital Transformation offerings. The role requires 2–5 years of experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or SaaS sales development, with strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities.
Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

Lead Qualification & Prospect Development

Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and fit.
Schedule meetings and discovery sessions for sales and pre-sales teams.
Track lead conversion metrics and continuously optimize outreach str
