Role Description

The Telecalling Intern will support Atomique’s sales and customer outreach operations by engaging with prospective customers and distributors over phone calls. The intern will be responsible for following up on warm leads, introducing Atomique’s products and distributor opportunities, answering customer queries, and converting qualified leads into successful sales or business partnerships.

Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls,



maintaining accurate call records, following up with interested prospects, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a professional and positive customer experience. The intern will also collect customer feedback, update lead status, and assist in improving sales and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

* Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
* Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Customer-focused attitude with patience, confidence, and active listening abilities.
* Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and the ability to maintain accurate call records.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage daily call volumes and follow-up activities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team while achieving performance targets.
