The Merchant Manager leads a team of merchant-facing staff, ensuring the successful affiliation, activation, and growth of merchants across all relevant segments (SME, Large, Strategic) and channels (field, telesales, inside, partner).
The role ensures consistent adoption of Pluxee’s standards, tools, and Salesforce CRM,
while driving commercial performance and contributing to the development of the merchant ecosystem.
Merchant Manager supports the execution of Pluxee’s merchant strategy within the local market, Reporting into the Country Merchant Director.
This role is accountable for managing merchant acquisition, retention, and relationship development at country level.
? Your next challenge:
Local Strategy Execution and Market Development Implement local merchant go-to-market plans in alignment with the country strategy.
Apply merchant segmentation and targeting approaches defined by the Director.
Contribute to commercial planning cycles, revenue forecasting, and pipeline development.
Monitor merchant and market trends to adapt day-to-day priorities.
Team Management and Channel Oversight Manage and coach local merchant-facing teams across field sales, telesales, inside sales, and partnerships.
