We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day/Night Operations Executive to join our Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility during both day and night shifts. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team.
Roles And Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility during both day and night shifts
Ensure all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels
Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate work performance
Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Communicate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods
Resolve any operational issues that may arise during the day or night shifts
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or related field
2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the supply chain department
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
Communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
