Background of the Role:

We @Infinity Assurance specialize in Warranty Service Administration, Extended Warranty, Accidental Damage Protection and a wide range of service products under our own brand InfyShield.

Our offerings cover services for Mobile Phones, Consumer Durables / Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, IT Equipments, Office Automation and more.

This role builds alliances and carries out sales with retailers, OEMs, brands, and fintech companies etc.

enabling the bundling or cross-sell of our Service Solutions.

The Performance judgement will be purely based on value, volume and quality of sales under tough competition.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives and achieve sales + alliances.

This role requires:

1. Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and onboard target clients

2. Sales Execution: Generate real sales to exceed assigned targets.

3. Account Management: Own and nurture key partner relationships, ensuring seamless integration, product alignment, and long-term growth.

4. Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

5. Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze partner performance, forecast sales, and present reports to leadership on key KPIs and ROI.

The suitable candidates:

· MBA, BBA, or Post Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, preferably with experience selling extended warranties on similar products.

· Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in business development, strategic partnerships, with same / similar target clients.





· Good to have Strong understanding of the consumer electronics, home appliance, or consumer durable industry

· Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

· Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
