Role Description The Field Sales Officer role at Care Insurance is an on-site position based in India.



The individual in this role will identify and approach potential customers, explain health insurance products, and recommend suitable plans based on customer needs. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting field visits, meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance and after-sales support. The Field Sales Officer will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide responsive customer service, and represent Care Insurance in a professional manner in the assigned territory.
