About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Client Acquisition professional to join our senior team. This is a high-ownership role for an experienced wealth management or financial services professional who brings an established book of business and existing client relationships. You will drive new client acquisition, manage and grow an existing portfolio, and play a key role in scaling company's revenue and client base.
This role is strictly for candidates coming from similar industries — wealth management firms, advisory companies, banks, mutual fund distributors, or financial services companies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition through existing relationships, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Manage and grow an existing book of business — retaining and expanding relationships with HNI and retail investors
Present and pitch company's research-driven mutual fund solutions to prospective and existing clients
Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate investment solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and AUM growth targets
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients through regular reviews, updates, and market insights
Stay current on mutual fund products, market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with internal research and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing
Mentor and guide junior Client Acquisition Executives where required
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in client acquisition, relationship management, or sales in: Wealth management firms
Mutual fund advisory or distribution companies
Banks (wealth or retail banking)
Financial advisory or investment services companies
Must bring an established book of business and existing client relationships
Robust knowledge of mutual funds, financial markets, and investment products
AMFI (ARN) Certification — preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
