About the Role
KTC Group is hiring a Business Development Executive (US Healthcare / Billing, RCM) for its ProCare RCM business, which provides Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing services to healthcare providers across the United States.
This is a hands-on U.S. market business development role focused on finding the right healthcare prospects, reaching decision-makers, creating qualified sales opportunities, and helping move those opportunities through the sales cycle. The person will work during the India night shift to align with U.S. business hours and will communicate directly with clinics,



physician practices, medical groups, and other healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
U.S. B2B Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Research and identify U.S.-based healthcare prospects including physician practices, clinics, medical groups, and other provider organizations that may require RCM or medical billing support
• Identify the correct decision-makers within each organization, such as practice owners, administrators, office managers, billing leaders, or other stakeholders involved in outsourcing decisions
• Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, online research, databases, and other lead-generation tools
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of current prospects instead of relying only on inbound leads

Outbound Sales Execution
• Execute daily outbound outreach through cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up sequen
