What would you do? The primary responsibility of this role is to manage Recent Hire and Domain Training programs, including designing, developing, and customizing HRO training content based on business requirements.



The role works closely with Delivery and Mobilization teams to support learning interventions, knowledge management, and employee readiness.Secondary responsibilities include coaching and mentoring employees, monitoring training progress, preparing reports, and providing leadership support. The role also helps new hires successfully integrate into Accenture s ways of working and project-specific requirements. Talent Development focuses on enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and career growth through structured learning and development programs. The role involves identifying skill gaps, designing and delivering training programs, and ensuring employees are equipped to meet business and client requirements.
