Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D; Chemist located in Elkton, MD.
The R&D; Chemist will be responsible for conducting research and development of new materials and products, performing laboratory tests, and ensuring quality control. The R&D; Chemist will also analyze data, prepare reports, and collaborate with the technical support team to provide innovative solutions.

Proficiency in Laboratory Skills
Familiarity with Quality Control processes
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a focus on cement technology
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in the construction or waterproofing industry is a plus
