What are we looking for? Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, ideally with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets.



Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices Required Skills and Qualifications: Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems Understanding of basic supply chain logistics and order fulfillment processes Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve order issues Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within an order management function Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes - Ability to establish strong client relationship - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Adaptable and flexible - Collaboration and interpersonal skills - Problem-solvin
