Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution objectives.
Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to leadership to support informed decision-making.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
