This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of customer experience, fashion, data, and growth.
About the Role
As the Head of Merchandising & Discovery, you will own the digital storefront for our platform. You will be responsible for shaping customer demand through intelligent placement, trend-led curation, homepage strategy, collections, campaigns, navigation, and content-led discovery experiences across fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle categories.
You will use customer behaviour, performance data, inventory availability, seasonality, trends, and business priorities to determine what customers see, where they see it, and how they discover it.



Success in this role will be measured through improvements in conversion, engagement, category traffic distribution, and overall shopping experience quality. As the business scales, you will build and lead the merchandising function and establish the processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms that support long-term growth.

Own homepage architecture, navigation strategy, category storefronts, collections, and campaign placements.
Design data-driven wireframes and merchandising journeys that improve customer engagement and conversion.
