Overview

This role advances modern Business Intelligence and AI for BI capabilities across General Mills business functions.

It partners with business, product, and technical teams to design, build, and scale trusted, governed, and user-friendly analytics solutions. The role focuses on enabling reporting, visualization, conversational analytics, and AI-driven insights with strong adoption, quality, and governance.

Key Accountabilities

Product Design, Development & Analytics:

Design, develop, test, automate, and launch modern Business Intelligence, conversational analytics,



and AI-driven summarization solutions using Tableau, Looker, Big Query, and related analytics technologies.
Develop technical architectures, semantic models, prototypes, and governed data experiences that enable trusted natural-language querying, dashboard summarization, and scalable decision support.
Lead design, code, model, and process reviews to ensure adherence to enterprise standards, AI governance requirements, approved extensions, and performance best practices.
Drive end-to-end delivery across discovery, requirements definition, effort estimation, solution design, development, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live monitoring.
Define and refine business terms, metadata, reference questions, and testing assets so AI-enabled BI solutions produce accurate, trusted, and repeatable outputs for business users.
Partner with technical teams to optimize data modelling, granularity, labels, and perf
