Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the vision, strategy, and daily operations of Amri MindTalks & Inner Engineering Center. This full-time,



on-site position in Ernakulam involves leading and managing the center’s services, building partnerships, and ensuring a compassionate, client-centered environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client experience, coordinating sessions and programs, guiding team members, and contributing to service design and improvement. The Co-Founder will also engage in community outreach, support marketing and awareness initiatives, and help develop new offerings aligned with the center’s mission of emotional healing and inner transformation. Collaboration, transparent decision-making, and hands-on involvement in both strategic planning and operational tasks are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including active listening, empathy, clear verbal and written expression, and the ability to build trust with clients and partners.
