Lead end-to-end recruitment for media and agency roles across all levels and departments
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies
Source and engage passive candidates through industry networks, platforms, and outreach initiatives
Manage recruitment timelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Collaborate with HR and leadership to refine employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
Track and report on key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and diversity hiring goals

Requirements

4+ years of experience in talent acquisition within media, advertising, or agency environments
Proven success in hiring for creative, strategic, and client-facing roles
Solid understanding of industry trends, talent markets, and competitive landscapes
Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously with precision and urgency
