Ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulatory requirements related to CSR and compliance
Monitor and report on CSR program performance using key metrics and impact assessments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR principles into business operations
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sustainability and corporate responsibility

Requirements
4+ years in CSR strategy, partnerships, and regulatory compliance
Proven track record in designing and managing impactful CSR initiatives
Robust understanding of sustainability frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GRI, UN SDGs)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, public policy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
