Lead practical training for the Mechanical domain under the STEM Employability Programme.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on training in CNC, VMC, Lathe, Welding and manufacturing processes.
Mentor participants and conduct practical assessments.
Review and improve the course curriculum based on industry requirements.
Support the development of the training centre, including lab setup and equipment recommendations.
Ensure the programme remains industry-oriented and employment-focused.
Preferred Profile
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in manufacturing or technical training.
Robust practical knowledge and communication skills.
