Oversee end-to-end production planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines, resources, and deliverables
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues proactively to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows
Provide regular progress updates and strategic insights to senior leadership

Requirements
5+ years managing end-to-end production and project execution
Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus
