Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to application development.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
