Job Summary
Tempsens is looking for a hands-on, experienced and result-oriented Production Head to lead manufacturing operations for RTDs, Thermocouples and Thermowells.
The role will be responsible for end-to-end production planning and execution, process improvement, quality, productivity, capacity utilization, inventory and RMC control, team development, and timely delivery. The position will also drive Lean Manufacturing, automation, process optimization and manufacturing excellence while ensuring technical and customer requirements are met.




The ideal candidate should combine strong shop-floor leadership and manufacturing expertise with the ability to drive continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination and operational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end production planning, scheduling and execution for RTD, Thermocouple and Thermowell manufacturing.
Ensure adherence to production plans, TAT, delivery commitments and customer requirements.
Monitor capacity utilization, productivity, OEE and production performance.
2. Production Process Management & Improvement
Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, cycle time, throughput and resource utilization.
Identify bottlenecks, downtime and process losses and implement corrective actions.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, VSM, line balancing and SMED initiatives.
Drive automation, digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives wherever applicable.
