The Opportunity

Get our five pilot clinics up and running, then keep them running well. You will handle setup, train doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff, and make sure each clinic uses the platform every day.

What You'll Do

Onboard each pilot clinic: account setup, WhatsApp connection, website chat installation, and staff accounts.
Train doctors, nurses, and front-desk teams on daily workflows, from reviewing escalated cases to managing patient enquiries.
Track how each clinic is doing, including how quickly staff review escalated cases, and report it honestly every week.
Be the first call when a clinic has a problem. Document the issue and get it to engineering.
Run weekly check-ins and monthly reviews with each clinic.
Turn what you learn into a playbook that takes a new clinic live in under two weeks.
Work with the Clinical Safety Lead on training staff to review AI conversations and flag misses.
Travel to clinics regularly and spend time at the front desk during busy hours.

Who You Are





4+ years in customer success, implementation, or operations for healthcare or software products in India.
Have worked directly with Indian clinics, hospitals, or diagnostic centers.
Fluent in Hindi and English. Able to train a nurse and brief a clinic owner in the same visit.
Organized: you work from playbooks, checklists, and numbers.
Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, CRMs, and dashboards. Can troubleshoot a setup issue yourself.
Patient and persistent. Clinics adopt at their own pace.
