Role Summary

Software Development Engineers II are responsible for supporting production systems while developing automation and operational improvements. The role focuses on production support, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Monitor production environments and respond to operational alerts.
Execute operational runbooks and incident response procedures.
Support deployments and environment management.
Develop automation scripts and engineering tools.




Assist with root cause investigations.
Support database health and maintenance.
Participate in on-call rotations.
Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability.

Required Skills

4–8 years of software development experience.
Strong Java programming skills.
Experience with APIs and microservices.
Basic cloud experience (Azure/GCP).
Knowledge of monitoring tools.
Experience with Couchbase and PostgreSQL.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.

As part of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization, every team member plays a critical role in maintaining the reliability and availability of our production systems.

This role supports a 24x7 production environment supporting business-critical applications.
