Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
This role will contribute to maintaining a high-availability workplace. Due to large number of assets to manage and the different vendor technologies, the role may require expert knowledge to adapt with the required skills on new technologies and scripting requirement to manage the infrastructure.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Citrix environments, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving Citrix-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
Conduct regular health checks on Citrix server farms, ensuring optimal performance and availability of virtual applications and desktops.
Work closely with IT teams to implement upgrades, patches, and current features, as well as to optimize the Citrix environment.
