The Business Analyst (Pipeline & Portfolio) plays a central role in bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating complex cross-functional requirements into clear, implementable solutions. Operating in a highly integrated, data-driven setting, this role ensures alignment, quality, and successful delivery of solutions—primarily within Salesforce-based platforms—while driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from elicitation through documentation, validation, and acceptance.
Translate complex business needs into structured user stories, functional specifications,



and actionable requirements.
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure aligned understanding and outcomes.
Drive cross-functional alignment by identifying dependencies, impacts, and required decisions across domains and geographies.
Ensure consistency, traceability, and quality of requirements through adherence to standards and structured documentation practices.
Facilitate workshops, deep dives, and working sessions to clarify processes and resolve ambiguities or conflicts.
Support testing, validation, and user readiness through acceptance criteria definition and review of outputs.
Develop training materials and enablement activities to ensure effective adoption and business value realization.
KPI: Requirements Quality & Stability – Percentage of requirements delivered without major rework after development starts.
