As a PMO Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered in line with ERM’s systems, processes, and compliance standards. You will act as a key partner to project teams—supporting resourcing, forecasting, and risk management—while providing hands-on guidance to keep delivery on track.
This is a highly operational role, suited for someone who understands how projects are executed on the ground and can translate that knowledge into solid governance and performance outcomes.
What Your Impact Is
Ensure system compliance by aligning project delivery with ERM’s processes, tools, and governance frameworks.




Support effective project execution through hands-on involvement in delivery activities and problem-solving.
Drive resource planning and forecasting, ensuring the right talent is allocated to projects at the right time.
Monitor and manage project risks, proactively identifying issues and supporting mitigation strategies.
Contribute to financial oversight, including budgeting and utilization tracking.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and outcomes (people leadership is important but secondary to execution in this role).
What You Will Bring
Required
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
15+ years of relevant experience in project delivery, PMO, or consulting environments.
Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, system compliance, and governance structures.
