Why This Role Matters
As a Consultant – M&A; Infrastructure Advisory, you will support ERM's global consulting delivery by providing technical, ESG,



and EHS due diligence services for infrastructure and energy sector transactions. You will work within ERM's growing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) team, partnering with infrastructure funds, private equity firms, investment banks, energy companies, and ERM technical specialists to help clients evaluate investments and manage transaction risks.
With a team of over 50 consultants delivering due diligence services globally and increasing client demand across the infrastructure sector, this role is critical to expanding ERM's M&A; advisory capabilities and delivering high-quality technical insights that support investment, divestment, and project financing decisions.
