Behind this ambition is a rapid-scaling business building toward a ₹25,000 Cr opportunity, and the Branding & Marketing team is where that philosophy gets translated into narrative, systems and everyday craft.

Why This Role Exists





Organo's Branding & Marketing function is deliberately lean on the inside and dependent on the outside — media agencies, design and creative partners, PR firms, event vendors and performance marketing agencies carry a large share of execution, while the core team owns brand narrative and strategy. That model only works if someone inside is relentlessly tracking what every campaign, every agency and every deliverable is actually doing, day to day.

This role exists to be that person — the operating discipline behind an ambitious, fast-moving brand strategy, translating it into tracked, on-time, accountable execution across a wide network of external partners and a small internal team.
