Role Purpose
The Head of Data Governance is accountable for defining, leading, and embedding Haleon’s enterprise data governance strategy, operating model, and capabilities across all data domains,



platforms, and regions.
This role owns the governance vision, priorities, and outcomes, ensuring that data is trusted, compliant, reusable, and fit for business, regulatory, and analytical use. The Head of Data Governance leads a specialist team responsible for governance execution, tooling enablement (including Informatica IDMC and Marketplace), and adoption across the enterprise. Working closely with and guiding the Data Steward team to embed governance through stewardship.
Operating at senior leadership level, this role partners with business, technology, analytics, and risk leaders to ensure governance is embedded, scalable, and value‑driven, not just policy‑based.
