Manual QA Tester – IVA / IVR
Offshore Remote role
12+ month contract
Need to work in EST Time zone.
Language Requirement: Spanish understanding or speaking preferred not must have
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Manual QA experience.
Proven experience in IVR / IVA / conversational system testing.
Robust experience in:
Test planning and test case creation
Independent test execution
Defect lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with log verification and technical troubleshooting.
Experience testing AI-driven or NLP-based systems.
Strong understanding of conversational design principles.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI, etc.).
Experience using Jira or similar defect management tools.
Native or fluent Spanish (required for conversational validation).
