Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer – MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) to lead and manage MEP design and execution across our eco-habitat projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for sustainable development. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of MEP systems that align with our sustainability ethos.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Design Coordination:
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and sustainability consultants to integrate MEP systems in design stages.
Evaluate and review MEP designs ensuring compliance with applicable codes,



standards, and green building guidelines.
Execution & Supervision:
Supervise contractors and subcontractors during installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and safety standards across all MEP aspects.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
Vendor & Contractor Management:
Evaluate and onboard MEP contractors and vendors.
Manage contracts, billing, and performance tracking.
Sustainability & Innovation:
Implement energy-effective and water-saving technologies that align with Organo's eco-habitat goals.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative, sustainable MEP solutions.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain project documentation including BOQs, drawings, material approvals, test reports, and commissioning checklists.
