Job Summary
As a Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of residential and mixed-use sustainable development projects. You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery in line with the company’s eco-conscious ethos.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project / Primavera P6.
Monitor progress and prepare periodic reports on project status, timelines, and budget adherence.
Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and vendor teams to align project timelines.
Analyze delays and prepare recovery plans to mitigate risks.
Assist in resource planning and allocation across multiple project sites.
Track critical path activities and update baseline schedules accordingly.
Support project documentation including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), S-curves, and look-ahead plans.
Work closely with the project management team to improve project efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Implement eco-conscious planning methods that align with Organo’s sustainable development principles.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project planning within the real estate or construction sector.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent project management tools.
Solid knowledge of construction methodologies and site coordination.
Understanding of sustainable building practices is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-s
