About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Creator who can take ideas and turn them into engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels. This is a creation-and-execution role for someone who is comfortable writing, designing, recording, editing, publishing, and improving content on a regular basis.
The person will be responsible for developing day-to-day content such as posts, Stories, Reels, short-form videos, YouTube videos, captions, hooks, visual creatives, campaign content, and audience-engagement material. You should understand how content needs to change by platform and be able to convert business ideas, offers, customer questions, trends,



and everyday brand activity into useful and interesting content.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
• Create original day-to-day content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Turn ideas, business updates, customer needs, offers, educational topics, and trends into posts, Stories, Reels, videos, carousels, and other engaging formats.
• Develop simple content concepts and storylines that give each piece of content a clear message rather than posting generic graphics.
• Write solid hooks, captions, headlines, calls-to-action, short scripts, descriptions, and supporting copy for social and video content.
• Create content that is informative, engaging, visually clear, and appropriate for the audience and platform.

Reels, Short-Form Video & YouTube
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish Reels and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create long
