We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation as we scale. You will be the internal Salesforce owner — working alongside our implementation partner to complete the build, progressively taking over operational ownership, and driving platform adoption across our Sales and Post-Sales teams.

What You'll Own

End-to-end Salesforce administration — users, profiles, permission sets, roles, queues, data management, and org health
Advanced Flows, validation rules, and process automation covering our pre-sales, sales, and post-sales lifecycle
Configuration and full activation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud — Journey Builder, email and WhatsApp automation, campaign management
Lead management architecture — round-robin assignment, source tracking, re-enquiry handling, and sourcing workflows
Unit inventory management within Salesforce — unit blocking, quote-to-booking flows, and multi-level pricing approval workflows
Executive and operational reports and dashboards across Sales, Pre-Sales, Collections, and Leadership




Owning the SAP ↔ Salesforce integration from the Salesforce side — field mapping, data validation, testing, and ongoing reconciliation
Driving full Sales team adoption — identifying friction points, configuring solutions, and holding teams accountable to platform usage
Reviewing and challenging implementation partner deliverables — you will be the internal quality gate

What We're Looking For

5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally in real estate, financial services, or a high-consideration B2C sales workplace
Deep expertise in Flows, validation rules, and declarative automation — you architect solutions, not just implement them
Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud — Journey Builder, campaign configuration, and triggered communications
Experience working with or taking over from an external implementation partner — you can assess what was built, identify ga
