We're Hiring | Conference & Events Executive (Full-Time)

Horizon Conference Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a committed and execution-focused professional to join our Conference Operations team in Bengaluru.

This role is ideal for professionals with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing conferences, webinars, corporate events, Zoom meetings, and stakeholder coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering flawless events.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute national and international conferences from start to finish.
- Coordinate with speakers, delegates, sponsors, vendors, and clients.
- Manage Zoom/Webinar sessions and provide complete technical coordination.
- Prepare event documentation, reports, certificates, and qualified communications.
- Ensure timely execution while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements

✔ 3+ years of relevant experience in conference or event management (Freshers are not eligible for this role)

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills





✔ Strong organizational and project coordination abilities

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital documentation

✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

✔ Willingness to handle time-sensitive assignments and occasional extended working hours during live events

✔ Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
