Senior Associate – Compliance, Billing Governance & Revenue Assurance
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong qualified to support compliance governance, billing assurance, and revenue assurance operations across telecom products and enterprise services. This role focuses on ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant billing by aligning vendor/OEM contract inputs, commercial terms, product attributes, billing triggers, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks. The individual will leverage workflow tools, analytics, automation-enabled controls, and system-driven insights to proactively manage compliance risks, billing gaps, revenue leakage, audit findings, and exceptions.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Governance & Controls
Support end-to-end compliance monitoring, control execution, governance reviews, and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and operational controls.
Drive timely closure of compliance observations,
audit actions, policy exceptions, and control gaps.
Contract-to-Billing Alignment
Review orders, contracts (vendor/OEM), commercial terms, and product attributes.
Validate billing conditions including start dates, rate plans, charge attributes, and account structures.
Ensure compliance requirements are accurately reflected in billing setup and invoicing processes.
Support alignment between contractual commitments, governance standards, and billing outcomes.
Revenue Assurance & Invoice Validation
Execute billing quality checks and support revenue assurance controls.
Analyze billing exceptions, invoice discrepancies, under/over-billing, disputes, and compliance deviations.
Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks, compliance gaps, and control weaknesses.
Support remediation of billing and compliance issues.
