Job Responsibilities:
This position is for Healthcare, Lifesciences and Pharma vertical at 1Lattice
Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct research (desk research, field research) and do analysis on excel and be comfortable with handling data to derive meaningful insights
Client focus: Work with clients directly and conceptualize/ structure key initiatives for clients basis their priorities; should be comfortable working in client locations as well
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with 1Lattice Senior Associates,
Team Leaders and cross-functional data science and technology teams
Output generation: Be extremely focused on outcomes; Using data visualisation tools and methodologies, showcase findings and insights from research
Problem solving: Be flexible to work in a dynamic workplace, adapt as required using critical thinking and problem-solving techniques
Data Management: Innovate on frameworks/ tools and help record learnings to expand the company’s knowledge base
Desired background:
Should be from Healthcare & Lifesciences/Pharma/Medtech background with 3+ years of experience
Solid understanding of primary & secondary market research, and data analysis
Prior work in relevant fields like management consulting, business research, market research, equity research, or other similar backgrounds
Desired competencies:
Customer-centric attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
