Responsibilities:
Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather, analyse,



and document business requirements for Zoho platform implementations.
Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and related tools.
Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into scalable software solutions.
Conduct system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and Zoho’s developer tools to connect Zoho applications with third-party systems.
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to client teams during implementation and post-deployment phases.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
Monitor solution performance, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend enhancements based on usage data and feedback.
