Position Summary The Board of Directors is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of expansion and value creation. Reporting to the Managing Director and Board, the CEO will take complete ownership of business operations, business development, organizational capability building, customer relationships, and financial performance.
This role requires a leader who combines entrepreneurial drive with professional management practices and possesses the capability to transform a successful founder-led organization into a scalable,
professionally managed growth enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap approved by the Board, translating the vision into measurable business objectives and driving long-term sustainable growth.
Business Development & Growth: Lead all revenue growth initiatives, building strategic relationships with customers, consultants, mining companies, service providers, and government agencies.
Operations Management: Assume full responsibility for day-to-day business operations, ensuring productive utilization of resources, process standardization, and timely delivery of services while maintaining quality.
Financial Leadership: Deliver annual revenue, profitability, and cash flow targets. Prepare budgets and improve operational margins through productivity enhancement and cost optimization.
