About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager who can help us increase qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue through performance marketing and growth strategies.
This is not a branding-only role. We need someone who can build, execute, and optimize campaigns that directly contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Work on service selling and healthcare-related services.
• Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads.
• Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Design and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversions.
• Create and test landing pages, creatives, and ad copy.
• Perform A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools.




• Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Build and optimize email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
• Implement SEO and content strategies to generate organic traffic.
• Identify new growth opportunities through partnerships, referral programs, and marketing automation.
• Track weekly and monthly KPIs and present actionable insights.
