Position Overview

The QA Lead will be responsible for leading the quality assurance function across multiple projects, establishing testing standards, driving automation initiatives, managing QA teams,



and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The role requires 8–12 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3+ years leading QA teams and quality engineering initiatives, with a solid passion for delivering high-quality software products through robust testing strategies, process excellence, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Strategy & Governance

Define and implement quality assurance strategies across products and projects.
Establish testing processes, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
Develop and monitor quality metrics, defect trends, test coverage, and release readiness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes and tools.

QA Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor QA engineers, automation testers, and quality analysts.
Own test planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution activities.
Manage QA resources across multiple projects.
