Position Overview

The Technical Pre-Sales Manager will act as the bridge between business and technology, working closely with sales, prospects, customers, and delivery teams to create compelling solution presentations, proposals, demonstrations,



and technical strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years in Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Engineering and a passion for helping customers solve business problems through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Discovery & Solution Consulting

Partner with sales teams throughout the chance lifecycle to provide technical and solution expertise.
Engage with prospective customers to understand business requirements, challenges, and transformation goals.
Lead discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including business and technology leaders.

Solution Design & Technical Strategy

Design and present solutions around AI, Automation, SaaS, Cloud, Analytics, and Digital Transformation offerings.
