Qualification and Key Skills Required:
BTech / BE (or equivalent degree) OR
MTech / ME (or equivalent degree) OR
Ph.D in Aerospace, Robotics, or Control Systems with relevant experience
Solid understanding of Flight Controller firmware(ArduPilot/PX4) specially in state estimation, filter and control part of firmware.
Proficiency and understanding in Embedded C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink.
Ability to collaborate across research and engineering teams to translate control algorithms into deployable Flight Controller.
Understanding of Controls(Linear/Non-Linear) and UAV(Fixed Wing/VTOL/Multirotor) Flight Dynamics.
Understanding of Linear Algebra, Quaternion Math, Coordinate Transformations.
Proven experience in PID Control Loops and Tuning, state estimation, and filters.
Familiarity with STM32 or similar SoC families.
Experience with embedded system development, and various communication protocols (especially USB, SPI, I2C, UART).
Good understanding of coding standards, modularity, and unit testing in embedded systems.
Prior experience in the Aerospace, Aviation, or UAV industries is highly advantageous.
