We are seeking a agile Senior Manager for our Business Consulting team in the Oil & Gas Upstream domain. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in upstream operations, prior consulting experience, digital transformation expertise,
and the ability to lead multi-discipline engagements.
Role Details
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and deliver consulting engagements across the upstream oil & gas value chain (exploration, drilling, production operations, reservoir management, field development).
Drive transformation programmes focused on operational excellence, cost and performance optimisation, digital oilfield / connected oilfield initiatives, asset integrity & reliability, and sustainability in upstream operations.
Develop and manage project frameworks: define scope, prepare work breakdown structures, set up governance and reporting mechanisms, monitor progress and deliverables, manage risks and issues, oversee change management.
Leverage data, analytics, IoT, AI/ML, cloud platforms and digital twins to generate insights, improve decision-making and operational performance for upstream clients.
