What you’ll do
Shopfloor Supervision & Execution: Lead manufacturing operations on the valve assembly line, ensuring strict adherence to safety commitments and production plans.



You will drive daily production reviews, resolve bottlenecks, and manage manpower deployment based on lead times and forecasts. Success means smooth, on-time production with minimal disruptions.
Production Planning & Delivery Assurance: Align production scheduling with execution and delivery timelines, supporting critical and high-priority orders to meet customer commitments reliably. Daily activities include coordinating with teams to ensure delivery targets are met.
NPD & Continuous Improvement: Drive execution of Delta New Product Development (NPD) initiatives and coordinate cross-functionally to implement improvements. Promote Kaizen and productivity initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
