Growzzy Media is a performance marketing agency. We help businesses across the US, UK, UAE, and India acquire customers through paid ads, landing pages, and automated follow-up systems that are tied to booked revenue, not vanity metrics.

We're looking for a B2B sales expert who can own the full cycle: find the right international prospects, start real conversations, build a pipeline, and close. This is not a lead-passing role. You prospect, you pitch, you close, and you get paid on what you close, with no cap.

What you'll actually do:
Run outbound international outreach across cold email, LinkedIn, and calling, with messaging personalized to each prospect, never templates sent raw. You'll build and own your pipeline end to end: source prospects, qualify them hard, run discovery and closing calls across international time zones, and bring deals over the line.



You'll track every touch and every deal stage, join a daily standup where real numbers are shared, and work directly with the founders.

What we're looking for:
Two to five years of B2B sales experience with deals you actually closed, not just sourced. Excellent written and spoken English, because you're selling to American, British, and Gulf business owners, so grammar and confidence both matter.
